  • "Goods" refers to the 3D printed, scanned, and designed products offered by 3DMB.

  • "Services" refers to the services related to 3D design, printing, and scanning offered by 3DMB.

  • "Customer" refers to the individual or entity placing an order with 3DMB.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Customers can place orders through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of any work on the goods or services.

  • Prices are subject to change; however, the price confirmed at the time of order placement will be honoured.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times will be estimated at the time of order but are not guaranteed.

  • 3DMB is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of some of our goods, we do not accept returns/exchanges unless faulty.

  • If the goods are faulty or not as described, customers must notify 3DMB within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of agreement to issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Customers grant 3DMB the right to use any designs they provide for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

  • All intellectual property rights remain with the original creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 3DMB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our goods or services.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the goods or services in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Amendments
